There are two way to sync data from google drive:

It’s enabled by default on all organizations and doesn’t require anything to set up.

Admins can switch Google Picker for all members of the company in Admin / Integrations.

Google Drive Folder Sync

To be able to upload a google folder, you need to share the folder or the shared drive that contains the folder with our google service account [email protected] with at least Viewer access.

To be able to sync the files, Skypher needs to have the permission to download files. Depending on the settings of your Drive account, Viewer may have or not the permission to download files. If it’s not included in the viewer role, you need either to:

You can now select the folder from the google picker interface. Skypher will sync the content of the folder
