# You have different methods to add a Template. You can either do it on the go, while answering a questionnaire, or modifying directly in the database

1. First, let's see how to modify a template as you are answering to a security questionnaire

Click on the current questionnaire you are answering to

2. Type what you would like to add as a template in the text box

3. Click on Save as template

4. You can add a section, an owner and choose to auto-translate this template.

5. Verify that Skypher is not advising you that you will have similar templates

You want to avoid this in order to keep your knowledge base complete and concise.
